Study Abroad Endowed Scholarships    

Global Study Scholarships give students the gift of international education and travel. Programs vary in length and cost to students. The Texas A&M Maritime Academy Summer Sea Term does not qualify for education abroad scholarships. However, general scholarships can be created to support cadets in the Summer Sea Term.

This scholarship was established in 2016 by the Lyons Charitable Foundation. This endowment will provide one or more scholarships to  full-time students in good standing attending Texas A&M University at Galveston, who apply for a study abroad Scholarship through the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid. Read the story.
