Tropical Weather Advisory

Texas A&M University at Galveston officials are closely monitoring weather conditions for the remainder of the week June, 4 through June, 7. At this time we do not expect any major impacts to academic or business operations.

Please be advised that heavy rains are forecasted for the Houston Metropolitan Region for the next two days. We ask that student, faculty and staff plan their travel accordingly to ensure their safety. Students should check eCampus for status of their classes and supervisors are asked to be flexible with employee schedules.

Please continue to monitor your email for additional information and updates from university officials. Information will also be provided via TAMUG’s social media channels and the Sea Aggie Alert system.
