Dr. Christopher Marshall is the Director of the Gulf Center for Sea Turtle Research. He oversees the research consortium and its activities, the Upper Texas Coast Sea Turtle Stranding and Salvage Network and the Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Hospital .
Kari Howard
Program Assistant
Kari Howard is a Program Assistant with the Gulf Center for Sea Turtle Research. Her primary duties are volunteer coordination and leading our efforts for the sea turtle stranding network on the upper Texas Coast. Kari is also involved in rehabilitation of sea turtles and educational outreach.
Theresa Morris
Program Assistant
Theresa Morris is a Program Assistant with the Gulf Center for Sea Turtle Research. Her primary duties are sea turtle rehabilitation and water quality control with our new sea turtle hospital. Theresa is also involved in the sea turtle stranding network and educational outreach.
Dr. Danielle Ingle
Postdoctoral Scientist
Dr. Ingle is a Postdoctoral Scientist with the EcoMorphLab and the Gulf Center for Sea Turtle Research. Danielle Ingle received her Ph.D. in Integrative Biology from Florida Atlantic University in August 2020 before coming to Texas A&M University at Galveston. As a functional morphologist, her major research interests include investigating connections between the structure and mechanical behavior of hard tissues that comprise the feeding apparatuses and axial skeletons of marine megafauna.
